Healthy bhel puri is a protein rich snack Indian snacks.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 11/2 cup puffed rice
- 6-7 crushed, baked puris
- 1/2 cup whole green gram sprouts
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 6 tablespoon imli ki chutney (tamarind sauce)
- Salt to taste
For Garnish
- 1/2 recipe baked sev
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- Yield: 4

Method
- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Serve immediately garnished with baked sev and chopped coriander
